First batch of answers. Interesting questions so far - please keep them coming,
here! Nothing is off limits, though I reserve the right to answer friends-only if I wanna. If I've answered your question, you can go back and fill in the poll again to ask another one. If I haven't answered your question yet, it will disappear if you do this, so please wait till I get to you the first time around. :)
What is your favorite flower?I'm partial to tulips (most colors, but especially unusual ones) and roses. I'm not as crazy about red roses, though. I like the pale-colored ones - pink, peach, lavendar, white.
What sexual fantasy have you not put into practice yet that you'd most like to?I don't even need time to think about this one. I'd like to receive oral sex from someone with a tongue piercing. You'd think with all the goths I know, I'd have gotten this one taken care of by now, but no. Still waiting. You can tell me it's not that different or not that great... and that's okay. I'd still like to find out for myself.
If you could be any mythical/horror/sci-fi/fantasy creature which would it be? and why?Hrmmmmm.... This one I do need time to think about. Something graceful, with wings, is the first thought to come to mind. I wouldn't mind being one of Tolkien's elves, either.... I'm sure if I think about it more, I'll come up with a better answer. And the field is so broad! I'll give more thought to sci-fi creatures,
and fantasy creatures.
Who is your daddy... and what does he do?My daddy is about 6 feet tall and has brown eyes and short, extremely curly black hair. His nose is a little crooked from where he broke it as a teenager, diving into a swimming pool that was shallower than he thought it was. He was a Captain in the Air Force during Vietnam, stationed domestically. He's a dentist, and a good one. In fact, he's the only dentist I've ever gone to for dental care.
Weirdly, of all the answers here, this is the one I feel most uncomfortable about leaving public. Go figure.
What was the first memorable thing you saw this year?On New Year's Day, we went for a drive around the old
university campus. It was interesting how much had changed in the last few years, and how much had stayed the same. It was interesting being prompted to remember a lot of things I'd forgotten, just by virtue of seeing the places where they'd happened. Even more interesting was how disturbed I was by how much I
didn't remember. I had a lot of trouble recalling names of buildings, or remembering having had classes in a building but being unsure which class it had been... I'm usually much better with details than that. And I graduated relatively late, so it hasn't been all
that long. But, parts of the campus and the town are very pretty, and there were a lot of things I recognized, and it did bring back a lot of pleasant memories. So, it was a nice drive.
