Friday, July 20th, 2007 09:20 amI had my first "this is an earthquake and I know it" earthquake, a little before 5am. It was a 4.2 in Oakland and about a 3 by us.
The entire room felt like it was bending out of shape and bulging to the right, and then it suddenly snapped back into place. It felt extremely weird and almost cartoonish, and by the time I thought, "Is that a--?", it was over.
