We've driven by the new house a lot. A lot a lot. Every chance we get, really, when we're out driving around, we'll practice going home that way. We've gone by to see what the house looks like at night, what it looks like in the rain, what it looks like on a Thursday... If there's a Neighborhood Watch program there? They've got our plates, and then some.
This is good, though. It means we're excited and enthused. And we are! :)
Matt booked the movers today. They're coming on Tuesday the 25th and holding our stuff overnight. We're closing on both houses and moving in on Wednesday the 26th. Yes, of May.
We've done a decent amount of packing. What we have left is largely books, CDs, kitchen stuff, and the things we actually use. We're still doing specific box labelling -- we haven't descended to "kitchen stuff" or "misc." yet, though I don't doubt that we will. :P
No word yet on which furniture our buyers are interested in. And no idea whether we'll let them have it until we know what they want.
