1. Breaking in new dressy shoes. Comfy so far.
2. Left home 40 minutes late. Still got to work 20 minutes early. :)
3. September and October are going to be busy months. Lots of people to see. Lots of visitors.
4. "Yes We Have No" by Nik Cohn is pretty good.
5. This morning's editorial meeting is going to suck... but at least this afternoon's should be fun.
6. Diagnostic test tomorrow. After that, we'll know fairly soon if surgery is in my future.
7. Craving more bodymods. Completely dependent on #6.

proactive or reactive?

It's always amusing when I go to exit out of an application, and it triggers an error message saying "there was a fatal error with that application and it's closing... ok?"

It's as if the computer is telling me, "You can't fire me -- I quit!"

And it always happens at the most *convenient* times, too...
