But that makes no sense, because many darjeelings, chemistry-wise, are about as close to green tea as you can get and darjeeling is perfectly acceptable with milk. It's more the green milk effect, I guess. And green-tea-ice-cream is green tea with milk, after all...
That's interesting about darjeelings being close to green tea. They seem so different to me. Darjeeling is definitely a stronger tea, and I much prefer it over green.
The best tea in the entire world is Market Spice (http://www.bluemoontea.com/teas.htm). It's difficult to fond outside of Washington State though, unless you order it online.
The flavor is hard to describe. There is a definite taste of cinnamon oil, clove oil, and orange...but there are a few other subtle flavors. If you're really curious, email me an address and I will send you a teabag. (I live in Spokane, WA...way too far away to be an effective stalker LOL)
