not quite done

Hm. The new colors look great at home, but on my work monitor there isn't quite enough contrast between the text and the background. That's what I get for using colors outside the hex chart.

Though, if I make the background much lighter, the links won't show up, so I may have to rethink my link color strategy, too.

Clearly, there's more tweaking to be done!
